We only ship within Germany.

Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany). Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
• The packages are delivered by our logistics partners via DHL, UPS or DPD. In addition to the prices stated, we charge the following shipping costs per order for delivery within Germany:
• Flat shipping fee € 4.99

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart and on the order page.
Packet station
You can also have your package delivered to a Packet station.
Very important! Remember your personal postal number and the packing station number!
Enter the post office number and the word Packet station in the street field.
The number of the packing station then goes into the house number field.

Delivery times
Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 2–5 days. Orders received by 12 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are handed over to the logisticians on the same day. Orders received after this will be shipped the next working day. Orders received after 12 p.m. on Fridays will not be prepared for shipping until Monday. However, it can happen that DHL, DPD, or UPS take longer to deliver. On the 5th working day, we can submit an investigation request. Please be patient and monitor the shipment progress in the appendix of your tracking code.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer will bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipping. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller announced the service to him a reasonable time in advance had. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation. If the customer effectively exercises the right of cancellation, the return shipping costs will be subject to the provisions set out in the seller’s cancellation policy. We will charge you €4.99 for the return shipping. You will be refunded the difference immediately after receiving the shipment.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered. We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

Terms of payment
Our goal is to make your purchase as pleasant as possible. Since our focus is on constant improvement for you as a customer, we would be happy to receive feedback to contact@shomagom.com if you are missing a payment method.

Direct debit
At shomagom.com you have the option of paying for your order by direct debit. You don’t need a PayPal account. Simply select the direct debit payment method in the ordering process and enter the IBAN and the account holder. You can find the IBAN on the business papers of your financial institution, your bank card, and your account statements, as well as in your online banking area.
PayPal
To pay for your order, you can also choose the PayPal payment method. In this case, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page at the end of the ordering process. There you can log in with your usual login details and then confirm the payment. The debit is made by credit card, direct debit, or PayPal credit, depending on which payment method you have deposited with PayPal.
If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can create one on the PayPal site.
Transfer to bank account
If you don’t want to use the PayPal service and don’t have a credit card, that’s no problem. You are welcome to transfer the invoice amount to our business account.
