Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions
• The packages are delivered by our logistics partners via DHL, UPS, DPD or Personal Delivery service. In addition to the prices stated, we charge the following shipping costs per order for delivery within Germany:
• Flat shipping fee under 39 euro is €3.99
• Above 39 euro, the shipping charge is free!

Please be aware of these-

** The color shown in all images may differ from the color of the real product. This is caused by different lighting (sunlight, room light, etc.), your screen resolution and your color settings from your monitor / mobile phone display or other causes.
** Actual product packaging, ingredients, country of origin, manufacturer, manufacturing date, expiry date, weight and nutrition facts may contain more and different information than what is shown on our app or website.
** We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented here and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. 
** There is no refund or return for Frozen and Fresh (perishable) products.
** All products are subject to availability. Some products are needed to measure the weight. So, price may vary. Please always provide a contact number, so that we can contact you about this.

”Shodai” holds the right to cancel, modify and change the order at any time before the delivery takes place.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart and on the order page.

Delivery times
Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 5-kilometre radius from Shodai Supermarkt Point, Cottbus, Germany. Orders received by 12 p.m. (Monday–Saturday) are delivered on the same day from 2-5 pm. Orders received after this will be delivered the next day (except Sundays and holidays). 

If the delivery person returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer will bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipping. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller announced the service to him a reasonable time in advance had. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation. If the customer effectively exercises the right of cancellation, the return shipping costs will be subject to the provisions set out in the seller’s cancellation policy. We will charge you €4.99 for the return shipping. You will be refunded the difference immediately after receiving the shipment.

Direct debit
At shomagom.com you have the option of paying for your order by direct debit. You don’t need a PayPal account. Simply select the direct debit payment method in the ordering process and enter the IBAN and the account holder. You can find the IBAN on the business papers of your financial institution, your bank card, and your account statements, as well as in your online banking area.

Transfer to bank account
If you don’t want to use the PayPal service and don’t have a credit card, that’s no problem. You are welcome to transfer the invoice amount to our business account.

In addition, please always state your invoice number when specifying the intended use so that your payment can be clearly assigned. Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.

To satisfy our valued customer, we also accept card payment upon delivery at site and cash-on delivery, also. Please ensure you are at delivery point at the time of delivery.
