What we collect
We collect information in three ways: you provide it, it is collected automatically, or we get it from third parties you choose to use.

- Order details: products, delivery address, billing address, notes
- Payment details: handled by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers

- Device and app data: device model, OS version, app version, language, crash logs, performance data
- Usage data: pages viewed, actions in the app, referral information
- Cookies and similar technologies used by our website inside the WebView to keep you logged in and remember your cart
- Third-party sources you connect
- Google Sign-In: basic profile information and email if you choose to sign in with Google
- Payment processors: payment status and limited payment metadata to confirm an order
- Analytics/anti-fraud services: event data that helps us keep the service reliable and secure

- WooCommerce and plugins needed for orders and checkout

Data retention
Order and invoice records are kept as required by law
Account and profile data are kept while your account is active
Crash logs and analytics are kept for a reasonable time to improve the service
When retention ends we delete or anonymize the data.

Children
Shodai is for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS, access controls, and regular updates. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
In-app permissions and WebView behavior
The app displays shomagom.com inside a secure WebView
Cookies are used to keep you signed in and to maintain your cart
External payment and help links may open in your browser
We do not request sensitive device permissions unless needed for a specific feature, and we will explain the purpose before use
