If you created an account on the Shodai mobile app or the Shomagom website, you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
To request deletion:
- Send an email to support@shomagom.com from the same email address used for your account.
- In the subject line, write “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your name and registered phone number or order ID to help us verify your account.
After receiving your request:
- We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion.
- Your account, personal information, and login credentials will be deleted from our system within 7 business days.
- Some order or invoice data may be retained if required by law (for example, tax or billing records).
If you signed in using Google Sign-In, the deletion will also disconnect your Google account from Shodai.
